Bucolic Roslindale c. 1900
We recently came across this wonderful postcard of Roslindale. The view is of Arboretum Road from Washington Street;
the bridge is just a few blocks down from the infamous Bussey Street Bridge. Two children are walking away from the Arboretum, where they may have been enjoying a beautiful day before heading home. Cattle are grazing on the left.
